HOLIDAY POLICIES  

Holiday return policy: orders placed between Nov 7, 2025, and Dec 24, 2025, are eligible to return by Jan 7, 2026. 

Holiday shipping: for domestic orders to arrive by 12/24, place by 1pm PST on the dates below.

SHIPPING  

We offer free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states on orders over $100, plus free returns. 

  • UPS Standard Ground orders over $100: free
  • UPS Standard Ground orders under $100: $15
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $20
  • UPS Next Day Air (excludes weekend delivery): $35
  • Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will ship via USPS. Expedited option (1-3 days, excluding Saturday delivery): $45

Orders placed by 1pm PST are typically fulfilled within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Custom Embroidery can take up to 30 days to fulfill.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within:

  • 14 days of in-store purchase
  • 14 days of confirmed delivery for online purchases

Return requirements:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and have all garment tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
  • Swimwear must have all original tags and protective liners and must be shipped back in its silicone pouch.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
  • Shipping, handling, import taxes, and duties are non-refundable (except CA state sales tax).
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom embroidery is FINAL SALE.

Return Shipping

You may use the prepaid return label provided through our returns portal or a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. 

 

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, visit our Returns & Exchanges portal. Select the items that you would like to exchange and follow the prompts. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the return policy requirements stated above.
