Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be offered for a flat rate of $15.

Any items that are returned must be new, unworn, and have all garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds can be made in the original form of payment, or as a gift card for store credit. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as well as import taxes or duties incurred on the original shipment or return process (with the exception of California State sales tax). Please note any items that are purchased as a set can only be returned as a set. We can not issue refunds or exchanges for single items purchased as a set.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. 

International customers who have placed an order as of January 5, 2022 will be eligible for returns.

 

Shipping

We are aiming to fulfill all orders within 3 business days for orders placed by 2pm PST. Depending on your location, delivery may take between 4-6 business days. All orders are shipped via DHL Express Air.

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for orders over $100, or $15 flat rate for orders under $100. 

Please note orders with customization can take an additional 15 days to fulfill.

Duties and Taxes

For applicable countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed in checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose between Delivery Duty Paid Delivery Duty Unpaid.

Please note that if you select Delivery Duties Unpaid, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
