INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free international shipping on orders over $100 or a flat rate of $15 for orders under $100.

Orders placed by 1PM PST typically ship within 3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Delivery usually takes 4-6 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped via DHL Express Air.

Orders with custom embroidery may require an additional 15 days to fulfill.

Duties and Taxes

For applicable countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and included in the product price. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose between Delivery Duties Paid or Delivery Duties Unpaid. Shipping, handling, import taxes, and duties are non-refundable (except CA state sales tax). For returns, you may contact your local customs office to reclaim any taxes and duties.

Please note that if you select Delivery Duties Unpaid, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery, and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of confirmed delivery. International returns will be charged a flat rate of $15 USD.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and have all garment tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
  • Swimwear must have all original tags and protective liners and must be shipped back in its silicone pouch.
  • Items that are purchased as a set can only be returned as a set.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
  • Shipping, handling, import taxes, and duties are non-refundable (except CA state sales tax).
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom embroidery is FINAL SALE.
