Brand & Sample Coordinator
About the Role:
THE GREAT. is looking for a highly organized and motivated Brand & Sample Coordinator to join our Brand team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in fashion, production, or brand operations who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing seasonal sample management, supporting photoshoots, facilitating wholesale requests, and keeping the studio and showroom running smoothly.
This role offers hands-on experience across multiple departments, with visibility into brand marketing, creative production, and wholesale strategy. The right candidate is a proactive problem solver, excellent communicator, and thrives on being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sample Management
- Own the tracking and organization of all seasonal samples across teams
- Receive, unpack, check in, tag, and maintain an accurate inventory of all incoming samples
- Coordinate outbound sample shipments for photoshoots, wholesale partners, and press opportunities
- Manage the return of samples post-market to production and HQ
Photoshoot & Studio Support
- Prep products for all photoshoots, including steaming, labeling, packing, and shipping
- Act as on-set support for in-studio and off-site shoots
- Coordinate flat product photography with external photographer, ensuring timely delivery and proper file management
- Rename and organize flat photography files for use in seasonal sales and marketing materials.
Wholesale & Showroom Coordination
- Fulfill and track all sample requests from wholesale accounts
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date showroom environment
- Prepare the showroom for seasonal line reviews, buyer appointments, and internal meetings
- Ensure timely delivery of samples and lookbooks to external showrooms
Office Operations
- Oversee front desk responsibilities including ensuring on-site coverage of corporate HQ, answering phones and receiving packages
- Maintain office supplies, snacks, and common spaces
Who You Are:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a fashion, creative production, or brand operations role
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable interfacing with cross-functional teams and external partners
- A motivated self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Skilled at managing multiple timelines and shifting priorities with ease
- Proficient in One Drive Workspace, Dropbox, Asana, familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Passionate about the fashion industry and eager to learn and grow within a brand environment
