A collaboration inspired by an unexpected moment of necessity, designed with intention, and rooted in the decades-long friendship between Emily, Meritt and Mara.

One wash-day morning, RŌZ Founder and celebrity hairstylist Mara Roszak stepped into the shower and realized she’d forgotten a towel. With dripping hair and nothing nearby, she grabbed her favorite THE GREAT. sweatshirt and wrapped it around her strands. When she unwrapped it, her waves were soft, defined, and nearly frizz-free—the lightweight cotton enhancing her natural texture. That spontaneous moment sparked a playful collaboration between two beloved LA brands, celebrating California ease and designed for all hair types.
