THE GREAT. is looking for a dynamic Manager of Integrated Marketing, responsible for the optimization of all marketing systems and processes. In this role, you will partner closely with the Head of Communications on the ideation and execution of the brand's vision as it relates to the brand pillars, mission, and product strategies. In addition to partnering on building authentic marketing-driven plans, you will project manage all campaigns across email, SMS, social, wholesale, and partnerships. This role plays an integral role in interdepartmental communication, ensuring seamless execution across multi-channel touchpoints. This candidate will also be the point person for the management, production, and organization of photoshoots.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Own marketing process and milestone calendar, communicating rich storytelling and actionable briefs that align with the brand vision.
  • Collaborate with leadership on brand vision and positioning (brand pillars, mission, product strategies, etc.).
  • Manage all marketing systems and processes that enable efficient workflow across the team via project management platforms (ASANA, Milanote, etc.) that help ensure the overall on time, on-track status of all marketing workflows.
  • Coordinate assets and align the brand's strategy across all channels for a 360-degree approach.
  • Drive and own cross-functional execution for all marketing initiatives company-wide bringing the right meetings, deliverables, and people together with the right responsibilities and clear direction.
  • Responsible for managing external copywriter alongside Head of Comms and facilitating all forms of copywriting (email, SMS, collection decks, product descriptions, etc.).
  • Manage the dissemination and maintenance of integrated marketing strategies that drive seasonal launches, category expansions, and new big ideas and create briefs for cross functional partners, including creative, content, and merchandising teams.
  • Partner with internal e-commerce team to ensure strategic storytelling is communicated across all content and media.
  • In collaboration with design and production teams, organize and execute the seasonal assets to create brand/product knowledge tools to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Partner with wholesale and creative teams to help support the marketing needs of our major external partnerships.
  • Oversee project management and communication of external brand collabs and partnerships as it relates to internal and external marketing needs.

Photo & Production

  • Manage photoshoot budget and calendar, building out the work-back calendar for milestones and deadlines.
  • Partner with creative leads to visually articulate seasonal stories that both holistically present the brand and strategically supplement content for all marketing channels.
  • Oversee external producers and manage crew for all brand asset development.
  • Manage our in-house sample coordinator, ensuring sample availability for shoots.
  • Coordinate calendar and scheduling needs for style-outs, film editing, etc.
  • Build out the final shot list including end file naming convention for the on-set team.
  • Ensure all information shared by production and merchandising teams is accounted for through the finish line, in partnership with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
  • Coordinate assets and align the brand's strategy across all channels for a 360-degree approach.
  • Maintain rigorous approval process with leadership, through detailed asset management and communication across all involved teams.

Your Characteristics:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand and/or integrated marketing, strategy, partnerships, and business development at omni-channel brand.
  • Ability to see both the big picture and focus on the details simultaneously, seamlessly guiding a department through day-to-day deliverables that all intentionally support a holistic brand strategy.
  • Confident project manager, with a strong knowledge of creative and content production workflows for cross-functional projects. Able to prioritize deadlines and work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong visual communicator, able to interdepartmentally translate and present information and solve problems creatively.
  • Collaborative, communicative, and organized team player, adept at working with a wide range of personalities and teams and balancing multiple priorities at once.
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and can navigate ambiguity and set clear priorities.
  • A leader who is always working towards efficiency and strategic.
  • Experience with Asana (required) and Milanote (preferred).
