RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items for free within 30 days of delivery. To view our full return policy click HERE.
To start a US return or exchange, click HERE. To start an international return, click HERE . You will need your order # listed on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email to proceed.
Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. Final sale items may include select sale items, custom embroidery orders, and special collections such as BIRKENSTOCK by THE GREAT. If an item is final sale, it will be noted on the product page, cart, and order confirmation email.
We do not take returns or exchanges for final sale items, however if you’re wanting to exchange the same item in another size that is available at the time of the inquiry, we’ll do our best to accommodate the request.
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse it may take up to 7 business days for your package to be processed and refunded. Once the refund has been issued you will receive an email notification. Most refunds take 5-7 business days to post to your account, but this may differ depending on your banking institution.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns outside the 30-day window.
Yes! Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at any of THE GREAT. Store Locations.
We are not able to accept returns for items purchased at a different retailer. We recommend reaching out directly to the retailer where the item was purchased.
To ensure a quick returns process and eliminate any confusion, we ask that each order is shipped back separately with their respective return labels and packing slips.
