A collaboration inspired by an unexpected moment of necessity, designed with intention, and rooted in the decades-long friendship between Emily, Meritt and Mara.

One wash day morning, RŌZ Founder and celebrity hairstylist Mara Roszak hopped into the shower—only to realize she’d forgotten a towel. With her hair dripping and no towel in sight, she reached for her favorite THE GREAT. sweatshirt and wrapped it around her sopping strands. When she unwrapped it later, she was surprised to find perfectly soft, defined waves with minimal frizz—her natural texture effortlessly defined and beautifully enhanced by the lightweight cotton fabric. That spontaneous moment sparked a playful collaboration between two beloved LA brands—a celebration of California ease, designed for all hair types to bring out the beauty in natural texture.
